Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all event passes and tickets purchased through the AahzParty.com website (the "Site"), operated by Aahz Party. By completing a ticket purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not purchase tickets through the Site.

1. Cancellation Fee

A twenty-five percent (25%) cancellation fee will be deducted from the original purchase price for any event pass cancellation request that is approved. The remaining seventy-five percent (75%) will be refunded to the original method of payment, subject to the limitations set forth elsewhere in this policy.

2. No Refunds

No refunds, partial or otherwise, will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation requests received within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled event start time.
  • If the ticket holder is removed, ejected, or banned from the event by event staff, security, or venue personnel for any reason, including but not limited to violations of venue rules, applicable laws, or the conditions of entry.

Ticket holders forfeit any right to a refund in the situations above.

3. Rain or Shine

All events are held rain or shine. Inclement weather, including rain, heat, wind, or other typical seasonal conditions, does not entitle ticket holders to a refund or credit. In the rare event of cancellation by Aahz Party due to extreme circumstances (such as severe weather warnings issued by relevant authorities), ticket holders will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of purchase, and refund or rescheduling options will be communicated at that time.

4. Non-Transferable

Event passes are non-transferable. The name and contact information provided at the time of purchase must match the individual presenting the ticket at the event. Tickets may not be sold, resold, gifted, or transferred to another individual without the express written consent of Aahz Party. Any ticket presented by an individual other than the original purchaser may be refused entry without a refund.

5. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be made in writing through our contact form and include the original purchaser's full name, email address used at the time of purchase, and the event name and date. Approved refunds are typically processed within ten (10) business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.

6. Changes to This Policy

Aahz Party reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes will take effect when posted to the Site. The policy in effect at the time of your ticket purchase will govern that purchase.
